Might wanna send a separate ticket talking only about the problems they didn't address. That's exactly right. I work in software support, though fortunately we are a lot slower than Rockstar's support probably is. I always make sure our customers submit a separate ticket for each separate issue, and it's just for their own good.

Keep sending in tickets. That is what I did. Sent a ticket every day. Sometimes more. Eventually (hopefully) the ticket will reach an employee that is willing and able to do something.
